For those of you who may not know, Fallout 4‘s 20-30 minute long demo will debut during E3 this year.
Cue the moment of complete and utter excitement, even if you already knew, because that’s newsworthy!
Since we here, at Geek Decor, want to keep you ahead of the curve, we’re tipping our hats off to Redbox (adding Fallout 3 to their kiosks so the 2 players that go to Redbox for games can play it again). Here’s what you need to have before E3, at least.
1) Vault Boy! No, really, that’s what it’s called. ThinkGeek knows you know it’s a t-shirt, so they didn’t add it. This t-shirt features the Vault-Tech mascot, which can be found on Vault-Tech promotional bobbleheads, lunchboxes, and even those Limited Edition Mojave Landmark snow globes. But we think he’s even better on a comfortable t-shirt that allows people to see your sense of style, interests, and gamer savviness. It’s charcoal heather, so if you don’t know what that means, it’s basically a dark grey, like slate, and it looks like a grainy pattern. Hence, the picture. So now you can leave your girlfriend or mother alone! It’s 53% cotton, 48% polyester, and meant to be machine washed cold, and tumble dried low. Our recommendation, however, is to just lay it flat to dry. It’ll keep Vault Boy looking fresh for a while.
The Vault Boy! T-Shirt is available for $14.99 from ThinkGeek. Check it out, wear it out, or you’re out.
2) Ah, the classic Fallout Bobbleheads. These are so hard to come by, because everyone gets them! Still! And now it’s going to be worse because of Fallout 4. Not that we’re complaining. Definitely not. But anyway, this is the bobblehead, look-it. Choose Endurance, Energy Weapons, Lock Pick, Melee Weapons, Perception, Repair, or Strength. Much like the stats!
These are officially-licensed Fallout 3 collectibles, and they’re made out of PVC. They’re 5″ tall including the base.
The Fallout Bobbleheads are available for $14.99 from ThinkGeek. Make sure you get one before they run out again, because that will happen. Oh, it’ll happen.
3) To top off our radioactive shopping guide, let’s go over the Glow-in-the-Dark Nuclear 3 Pack Element Soaps. There’s 3 different geeky soaps: plutonium (glows blue), uranium (glows green), and a random fallout shelter (glows white). They come in a box, ready to gift, or to, you know, keep two in a box while you keep one in the shower, till you run out again. The scent is rainwater, so it’s unisex. There’s an ingredient list, for those of us with sensitive skin (we feel your pain). All vegan, for you hippies out there. They measure 3″ tall x 2 1/4″ wide x 1″ thick each.
The Glow-in-the-Dark Nuclear 3 Pack Element Soaps are available for $19.99 from ThinkGeek.
